Gen-Tech Construction, Inc. is a licensed general building contractor in the State of California. We specialize in foundation repairs and replacement, seismic repairs, drainage repairs and sidewalk inspections/repairs per the city of Oakland’s new ordinance. We have been in the business for over 18 years and get most of our business by referrals.

We do not perform structural evaluations and do not have structural engineers on our staff. However, if you have engineering plans or drawings we are happy to review them and provide a bid.
